I at TS Design Studio take privacy of my visitors seriously and I wish to stress that I do not gather, save, collect nor use any personal information of visitors to my Website unless you give it to me by signing up for my newsletter, buying in my shop, etc.

Statistic Programs and Cookie Policy

I employ Google Analytics statistic analytics which uses cookies to identify what country you visit from, what methods and how you come to visit my site, including whether you came direct to my site or from another website and the URL of that website. I also try to identify if you have visited me from a search engine such as Google or Bing and for what search string you used, or whether it was from a bookmark. I also follow and note the pages you visit on my website. I do not usually collect nor store the Internet protocol address (IP) from which you visit. However, for security reasons, I may at time turn on my log analyser, to ascertain, where an attempted security breach is taking place and that will log IP’s.
The information generated by my first party cookies about your use of my website is stored by me on a server. The data is kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. No data is shared or given to third parties. These cookies DO NOT identify you, nor do they store personal information, but just the action of your use of my website. I also have a cookie that remembers your acceptance of my cookie policy. This cookie expires after 30 days.

I at do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute email addresses or any other personal information. All discussions by email or phone are completely confidential unless I obtain written consent from you.

Where from do I have your data and who is the administrator of your data

The administrator of your data is TS Design Studio based in Great Britain (The Priory, Church Hill, BR6 0HH, Orpington). The data I process was given to me by you and only include your name and email address if you sign up for my newsletter or if you contact me by contact form. I also process your data to properly service your order when you buy in my store. Payments in my store are supported by PayPal. I also use Google Maps on my website and I display content from YouTube. I use Google reCaptcha as a spam protection.

How do I process your data and what they are used for

I process your personal data for purposes related to sending you my articles, news and offers. Please also refer to Statistics Programs and Cookie Policy and Where from do I have your data and who is the administrator of your data sections of this document. I do not share your data with anyone. Your data will be stored until your resignation, that is, until you unsubscribe from my newsletter. Unfortunately I can’t delete your data when you’ll buy something in my store – I have to keep it because of legal requirement. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it (when possible), limit processing, to raise objections and to withdraw your consent at any time. I can profile your data as a part of my business to be able to present you matched content, but the profiling process itself will not be automated. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
