This course is suitable for everyone, even if you are at the very beginning of your journey and are unsure of where to start. We will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of this process so by the end of the project you will have restored and reupholstered your first piece of furniture!
If you have experience in upholstery projects and have a good understanding of the craft and tools used, this is a great opportunity to refresh and expand your knowledge and learn from an experienced and talented professional with over 30 years in the industry.
Anyone interested in widening their knowledge of upholstery or improving their technique. We teach absolute beginners to advanced students.
The tutor is extremely well versed in both traditional and modern techniques. In order for participants to walk away with a broad understanding of the process, we will mainly draw from traditional upholstery, teaching accurate and precise methods of completing tasks and avoiding shortcuts.
Regardless of your level of knowledge and experience we aim to maximise your learning experience; therefore, groups are limited to only 4 spaces per class, allowing for all of your questions to be answered and all upholstery problems that may emerge during this project to be solved.
